At AKKO, have close working relationships with highly qualified Principal Certifying Authorities which we utilize in order to help you obtain your Occupation Certificate, Development Approval, Construction Certificate, or CDC. We collaborate efficiently to ensure your development is compliant with the conditions of development consent, The Building Code of Australia, and the objectives of the Environmental Planning & Assessment (EP&A) Act 1979. ​
